Delivery Information
We deliver to all countries within the European Union. Shipping to the United States is available upon request — please contact us at hello@dearboe.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange a quote.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in selected regions)
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
SHIPPING COSTS
Calculated at checkout based on location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Product Care & Fragility
Every piece is entirely handmade and crafted from pure silk — a material that requires mindful handling. Please read the guidance below carefully before use.
HANDMADE SILK — HANDLE WITH CARE
- Delicate construction — each piece is hand-stitched. Pulling, stretching, or snagging may cause irreversible tearing.
- Avoid sharp objects & jewellery — rings, bracelets, and sharp fingernails can snag silk fibres.
- No machine washing — hand-wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, or dry-clean only.
- Keep away from heat & direct sunlight — high temperatures and prolonged sun exposure will fade and weaken the fabric.
- Do not wring or tumble dry — gently press out excess water and air dry flat or on a padded hanger.
- Iron with care — lowest heat setting, on the reverse side, through a pressing cloth only.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the care requirements of handmade silk goods. Damage resulting from improper handling, washing, or storage is not covered under our returns policy and does not constitute a product defect. Minor natural variations in stitching, drape, or finish are an inherent characteristic of handmade items and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order — but if something's not quite right, you can return it. Under EU law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your cancellation notice
- Items must be unworn and unused in every respect
- Items must be undamaged — no marks, pulls, snags, stains, or alterations of any kind
- All original tags must be attached exactly as received, with original packaging intact
Items returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the item shows any evidence of use or damage incurred after delivery.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email us at hello@dearboe.com with your order number and request.
- We'll send you return instructions and a return form.
- Once we receive the item(s) and confirm their condition, we'll process your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels and will not reimburse return postage except in those cases.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like a different style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- We will refund the cost of the item and any standard delivery charge (if paid).
- We are not required to refund express or upgraded shipping costs.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.

Your Rights
This policy is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Under EU law, all goods also carry a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against defects that existed at the time of delivery.
